Materials and Fittings
PVC FabricThe main material is durable and reliable PVC-coated fabric with a weight of 650 g/m². It is waterproof, frost-resistant and resistant to ultraviolet radiation, mould and fungal growth. The material is also practical and easy to maintain. We work with trusted fabric manufacturers from Turkey, China and Europe. These are long-term suppliers whose materials we have tested in real operating conditions and whose production quality we know. Available colours include grey, blue, green, khaki, red, white and others. |
Fittings and Fastening SystemsWe do not use a single standard set of fittings for every product. All fittings are selected individually according to the design of the vehicle body and the way the tarp will be used. Available options include eyelets, straps, hooks, brackets, keder, elastic cord and reinforced sections along the edges and corners. The spacing and positioning of the fittings depend on the fastening system and operating conditions. A truck tarp exposed to air pressure at speed behaves differently from a stationary protective cover. |

Measurements
You can take the measurements yourself using our instructions and send them together with photographs of the vehicle body via Viber, Telegram or email. Not sure exactly where to measure? Call us before you start, and we will guide you through the process so that you do not need to measure twice. You can also visit our production facility in Sviatopetrivske, where our specialists will take the measurements for you.
Cost Calculation
We calculate the price individually based on the dimensions, selected fabric, fittings and complexity of the design rather than using a standard price list. The calculation is free of charge and does not oblige you to place an order. We will also confirm the expected production time.
Manufacturing and Delivery
The production process includes cutting the fabric, joining the panels, installing the fittings and checking the finished product against the approved measurements. The completed tarp can be delivered by Nova Poshta to any region of Ukraine or collected directly from our production facility.

How long does production take?
Production time depends on the complexity of the product and the current workload of our workshop. A tarp for a small trailer or pickup truck can usually be manufactured faster than a large truck tarp with a complex fastening system. We confirm the exact production time together with the price before the order is placed.
How should I take the measurements?
We usually need the length, width and height of the body measured along the frame, the spacing between the frame arches, the fastening method and photographs of the vehicle from at least two angles. We recommend calling us before taking the measurements so that we can explain exactly where to position the measuring tape. You can also visit our production facility in Sviatopetrivske, where our specialists will take the measurements for you.
Do you manufacture vehicle tarp frames?
No. We manufacture tarps for existing vehicle frames and structures. We do not manufacture metal frames.
How can I order if I am not located in Kyiv?
The ordering process is the same for customers throughout Ukraine. Take the required measurements and send them together with photographs of the vehicle body via Viber, Telegram or email. We will clarify the details and calculate the price. The completed tarp can be delivered by Nova Poshta to any region of Ukraine.
Can an old tarp be repaired instead of replaced?
In many cases, yes. If the main fabric is still in good condition but individual sections, seams or fittings are worn, we can repair or modify the tarp, including products manufactured by other companies. If the fabric has lost its waterproof properties or has extensive damage, we will honestly advise you when manufacturing a new tarp is the more cost-effective solution.
What payment options are available?
Two payment options are available: full prepayment or a 30% deposit followed by payment of the remaining balance after production. Corporate customers can pay by bank transfer and receive a complete set of accounting documents.
