Construction of Snow Tubes

Inflatable sleds consist of an automotive inner tube and a durable cover made of PVC and Oxford 600D fabric. Accessing the inner part is as simple as unzipping the cover.

Bottom Cover Material: The bottom part is made of high-density PVC fabric (650g/m²), ensuring excellent sliding on ice and snow, as well as high reliability and durability. This material is UV- and mold-resistant, withstands heavy loads, and glides effortlessly on various surfaces, including slopes, loose snow, solid ice, and wet snow during a thaw, without snow sticking to the bottom.

Top Cover Material: The upper part of the cover is crafted from highly durable Oxford 600D fabric, ensuring long-lasting use.

Inner Tube: Included in the package.

Reinforced Bottom

The bottom of the snow tube is made from high-quality PVC fabric with a density of 650g/m². This extremely durable material is commonly used for manufacturing truck trailer covers. It withstands extreme cold, glides smoothly on ice and snow, resists scratches, and offers exceptional tear resistance.

Comfort and Safety

The snow tube’s design is meticulously crafted for ease of use. The seating area is specially enlarged to ensure a comfortable ride for both adults and children. Strategically important areas of the cover are reinforced with multiple stitches using strong threads resistant to rotting in humid environments. Additionally, the material effectively absorbs impacts, ensuring safety during collisions.

Convenient Handles and Tow Rope

The snow tube is equipped with handles on both sides for a secure grip during rides. It also includes a 1.2-meter tow rope with an ergonomic grip for easy transport.

Lightweight and Maneuverable

The snow tube is lightweight, allowing children to easily carry it up any hill or slope without much effort.

Easy Storage

When deflated, the snow tube takes up very little space. Disassembly is simple: just unzip the cover, deflate the inner tube, and remove it from the cover. Store it neatly until the next winter. We recommend keeping the tube disassembled, with the cover stored separately from the inner tube to prevent PVC discoloration.

Important Note:

The snow tube is delivered in a disassembled state, with the inner tube included in the package. At first glance, the inner tube may appear much smaller than the cover, but don’t worry! It’s best to inflate the tube using a compressor. While a pump can also be used, it may take a bit longer.

Don’t be afraid to inflate the inner tube. Ensure it is centered within the cover and inflate it until it completely fills the interior space of the cover.

Available Sizes:

• 90 cm tubing (recommended for children up to 140 cm tall);
• 100 cm tubing (recommended for children and adults up to 165 cm tall;
• 120 cm tubing (recommended for children and adults up to 200 cm tall);

Please note: the indicated tubing size refers to the cover diameter when deflated; when inflated, the actual diameter of the product may be slightly smaller.

Additionally, we offer sled pancakes (flat sleds without an inflatable inner tube) in both round and rectangular shapes.
