We weld seams using high-frequency current (HF welding) — the joint is monolithic, with no needle punctures. This seam stays watertight even under constant use in the field and on the road. The fabric is PVC at 650–680 g/m², UV-resistant, frost-resistant, and built for mechanical stress. It will last more than one season.

How do I take measurements from a grain trailer body?
The easiest way is to give us a call — we’ll walk you through it step by step. You’ll need photos of the body from several angles. If you have an old cover, you can send it as a template. If possible, you’re welcome to bring the vehicle to our facility in Sviatopetrivske and we’ll take the measurements ourselves.
Can I order from another region?

What is HF welding and why is it better than stitched seams?
HF stands for high-frequency welding — a process where two layers of PVC are fused together at the molecular level. The result is a monolithic, strong, and watertight joint with no needle punctures, so water cannot penetrate. For a grain trailer working in the rain and in the field, this makes a fundamental difference in durability.
